Symptoms


-- Problem Statement:

When adding a Shipment Event, the "SHIPMENT EVENT TRACKER" agent is failing with the following  Exception:

Cannot add the SHIP_COMMIT_ALLOC_JOIN record. [SHIPMENT_GID,  COMMIT_ALLOC_USAGE_GID] must be unique.

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-00001: unique constraint (GLOGOWNER.PK_SHIP_COMMIT_ALLOC_JOIN) violated

The SQL failing is the following:

insert into ship_commit_alloc_join (shipment_gid,commit_alloc_usage_gid,servprov_gid,domain_name) values (?,?,?,?); [DOMAIN.SHIPMENT_GID, DOMAIN.USAGE_GID, DOMAIN.SERVPROV, DOMAIN]

-- Steps To Reproduce:

1. Add Shipment Event to a shipment that is created with Commitment Allocation
2. Have this event trigger the "SHIPMENT EVENT TRACKER" Agent
