Spares Pack List: When Manually Entering A Pick List Number, No Results Displayed (Doc ID 965828.1)

Symptoms

Find that after applying <Patch 8466162>, the pick list is not working as before. When entering a pick list number manually in CSPTRPAC, the result (Picked Items tab) was not displayed at all.

And when using the pick list LOV to select the same pick list number as above in CSPTRPAC, the result was displayed correctly.

Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Steps to reproduce in internal env:
1. Login with Spare Management responsibility
2. Spare Logistics >> Spares Move Order >> Packlists
Choose Organization
3. Expand Packing Lists
4. Expand Open node
5. Place the cursor on an item
6. Click "Picked Items" tab
7. Enter the Pick list Number
