Symptoms

When defining parameters for a new Inventory Organization in the Costing Information tab, system displays an error message and does not allow you to select accounts.
Error :
"No entries found for List of Values"
"APP-FND-01436: List of Values cannot find any values for you to choose"

Steps to Reproduce:
Define Organization parameters for the inventory org and try to select the accounts in costing information tab.
