Goal
In Project Management, when selecting Projects: Setup > Page Layouts, select Create Page 'Performance Overview' and then select Setup Method. The Setup Method drop down list only contains 'Personalization'. The 'Page Layout' is not available in the LOV. How can the Page Layout be created for the Performance Overview?
