The Translation button in the Define Jobs screens is not available.
This is intended functionality.

Job, Position, Grade, and Competence names are all based on key flexfield segments.
Only those parts (segments) of the key flexfield name that are derived from value sets are translatable, using the translated values for the value sets.
The value sets will be of type 'Translatable Independent' or 'Translatable Dependent'.

The translations should be created before the Job, Position, Grade or Competence name is defined.

So how can a new language translation be added once the Job, Position, Grade, and Competence names Names have already been defined?
