Change Service Provider for Voyage Shipment Retains Current Voyage Times

Symptoms


-- Problem Statement:

A Shipment is created using a Voyage. When the Shipment Action -> Change Service Provider -> Change Service Provider is used, the options presented all show the "Start Time" and "End Time" using the currently assigned Voyage Times. The Voyage Schedule configured for the options presented are different than what is displayed on the "Service Providers" options list.

-- Steps To Reproduce:

1. Using a Shipment Created from Voyage Schedule, use Action -> Change Service Provider -> Change Service Provider
2. Review the Start Time and End Time displayed for the various options and notice that these don't match their respective Voyage Schedule
