How to achieve the work order updation approval, i.e. the Work ORder should go for a re approval after adding the material requirements (after the initial approval)?
 At present, the work order goes for approval after the creation (Release) but once it is approved, the user can update the material requirement. 

Steps to Reproduce ###

1. Create a Work Order

2. Release the Work Order

3. The Work Order goes for approval.

4. Approve the Work Order

5. Now the user can increase/add the material requirements. - The work order should go for a re-approval, is the user is adding the requirement quantity.
