Symptoms
Problem Statement:
On 5.5.05, When attempting to create an order movement using an itinerary that is set with a Location Radius with Radius Emphasis of Destination, the following error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up an itinerary with a Location Radius and a radius emphasis of Destination
2. Try to create an order movement and see the error
