Goal
Why doesn't 'Schedule Orders' follow the priority in scheduling Sales Orders?
Some orders are getting new dates even though you provided the jobs parameters with a sort priority.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

You want the priority and sort in rescheduling based on Request Date.
Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Reschedule the order using Schedule Order concurrent program with the following parameters:
Scheduling Mode : Reschedule using Request Date
First Order By : Request Date
Second Order By : Schedule Arrival Date.
