STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with PAYROLL_NAME MX Payroll
2. Navigate to Process and Reports -> Submit Process and Reports -> Payroll Run
3. Payroll Run ends in error

Due to this issue, users cannot pay any of their employees
