Symptoms


On : 11.5.10.2
Customer is unable to enter ultimate Ship To as the field is grayed out , and receives the following message


ERROR

Error FRM:40202: Field must be Entered ( Ultimate Ship to)



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Customer > Standard> New Create new ship to customer location.
Enter sales order. > Order Management > New using new ship to location.
Pick order. 

Go to shipping transactions > Delivery > Ship Confirm.
