Symptoms

On an 11.5.10 instance, when attempting to run the 'Depot Repair Shipment Update' concurrent process, the following error occurs:

ERROR

There is no instance found for the serial number (<Serial Number>)
ORA-01086: savepoint 'SO_SHIP_UPDATE' never established
ORA-01086: savepoint 'SHIPMENT_LINES' never established
ORA-06510: PL/SQL: unhandled user-defined exception
ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows in Package CSD_UPDATE_PROGRAMS_PVT Procedure SHIPMENT_UPDATE
There is no instance found for the serial number (<Serial Number>)
