Symptoms

Create Accounting output shows the Invoice event with in accounting error:

95353 Subledger Accounting was unable to derive an accounting code combination using the account derivation rule Liability Account owned by Oracle. Please review the account derivation rule and make sure it derives a valid accounting flexfield combination for the source values passed for the transaction.

In table table AP_INVOICES_ALL the accts_pay_code_combination_id column is not populated or is -1
