Symptoms

Attempting to Approve or Reject Adjustments that have been created prior to the upgrade to Release 12 and receive the following error:

ERROR

APP-AR-11526: arp_process_adjusment.update_adjustment exception:
ORA-20001: -:XLA-95103: An internal error occurred. Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:
An internal error has occurred in the program xla_events_pkg.update_event. Event ID cannot have a NULL value.

Responsibility:  Receivables Manager
Navigation:  Transactions > Adjustments
Query an Adjustment that is waiting for approval
Attempt to Reject or Approve the adjustment
