ISSUE WITH RATE SERVICE TYPE "GROUNDSCHEDULE"

Information in this document applies to any platform.
On 6.0.2 when creating a new Rate Service with Type of Groundschedule, when clicking to the second tab no fields are shown and the tab is blank.
Expect the second tab to contain fields to be populated.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
1 - Log onto an OTM 6.0.2 system
2 - Navigate to: Contract and Rate Management > Contract Management > Rate Service
3 - Click NEW
4 - Set the following:
ID: As needed
Rate Service Type: GROUNDSCHEDULE
5 - Click the 'Details' button.
6 - The next tab is displayed with no fields.
