Symptoms
Costing concurrent process ends with an error in the log file for some employees.
HR_7282_COST_NO_SUSP_ACNT
APP-PAY-07282: No suspense account in pay_payrolls_f table
Value [VALUE] for the flexfield segment [SEGMENT NAME] does not exist in the value set [VALUE SET NAME].

Steps to reproduce the issue:
From HRMS Manager responsibility or equivalent:
1, Run Costing concurrent program
Navigate: Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request
2. View log file and see error.
