iStore User Creation Failed When Primary User Attempts To Create Non-Primary User (Doc ID 972408.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:

When the Primary iStore User attempts to create a new non-primary user and selects apply the following error occurs :

-- Error :

The application is currently not available or an unexpected error has occured. Please try again later.
If this message persists, please contact the system administrator.

Page Source of the error page shows :-

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request


-- Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log into iStore
2. Navigate Profile>Administration > Update Contact
3. Select Create Contact as a user
4. Apply
5. Error occurs

-- Business Impact:


Due to this issue, The primary user is unable to create new users to access iStore . Consequently no users other than the primary user can access istore to be able to place an order .
