Symptoms

After setting up auditing on applications table, the data in the Audit Report is invalid. The data reflected in both the base and shadow tables are incorrect.
For example:
Records are showing consecutive 'C' status even when the record is both opened and closed. The status should be 'O' and then 'C' to indicate closure and then open in the shadow table.
Note: The data in the shadow table is always one transaction behind the entry in the base table.
