Symptoms

On : 12.0.4 version, Filter Panel Issues

Find that after defining a Filter for the UWQ, when logging into the UWQ the Filter is not shown.

This is for the Service Request Node.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the Filter to be shown.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into UWQ
2. Select the Service request Node.
3. No Defined Filters are shown.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot filter the UWQ Node for Service Requests.
