ER: UWQ Quick Filters Can Not Be Used With Service Requests Node - Suggested Workaround (Doc ID 972965.1)

Symptoms

Filter Panel Issues -

Find that after defining a Filter for the UWQ for the Service Request Node, when logging into the UWQ the Filter is not shown.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the Filter to be shown.

Steps:

(R) Universal Work Queue - Work Provider Site-Level Administration
(N) Work Providers List

 - From the Work Providers List tab, choose the "Service Requests" Node Name from the list of Work Providers.
 - Choose "Quick Filter".

 => There are no Quick Filters available for Service Requests.
