R12 Request Work Functionality Not Working In UWQ

Request Work functionality stopped working within UWQ for all agents.
UWQ Agents accessing Service Requests from the SR Node in UWQ are unable to request work even though SR's are waiting to be worked. Message below is displayed to agents when pressing Request Work:
SUCCESSFUL: 0 Work Items Distributed
0 Service Request
