Goal
What are the steps to add an informational tip icon next to an item on a Framework page
Customer would like to know how to add information to the General Preference page, specifically in the change password block.
They want to be able to do something like in the Languages and Accessibility block which has an 'i' next to the drop down list, and when you click on the 'i', it will display some information to you.
They want to be able to add the 'i' under change password block, next to the filed 'Known as', so they can put their own password changing policy there.
Please advice how to accomplish that ?
