Symptoms
On 6.0, When attempting to run the Load data to HD Transportation Intelligence Process, the following error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the Load Data to HD process from the Menu, Transportation Intelligence - Process Management - Load Order to HD
2. See the error in the log
