Custom Voucher Screen With Only View Not Showing Allocation Information

Symptoms
Order Release allocation details are not visible when having a custom voucher screen set with edit option removed.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- Create a copy of the voucher screen set and uncheck 'new' and 'edit' under the general tab.
2- Query a voucher and click on the 'view' button > you can see order release allocation details.
3- If you just click on the hyperlink of the voucher, it will open in view mode (since edit is not available) but the order release allocation details are not visible.
