ECEPOO Does Not Extract EDI Enabled Purchase Orders (Doc ID 974398.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Purchasing, if a supplier site is EDI enabled and then "PO Output For Communication" is run for a PO for the same supplier site, the print count is incremented EDI is not transmitted for the PO.

Steps to Reproduce :

1 - Run PO Output for Communication for a PO which is EDI enabled at supplier site level
