A Purchase Order (PO) receipt is attempted in Mobile apps (MWA, MSCA). A message states "Transaction Success"
but then receive an "RCV" error or "Online transaction failed" message is displayed. A PO
Receipt works fine using the Desktop application. The RCV:Processing Mode profile is set to "Online".
- Create a Purchase Order (PO)
- Approve the PO
- Attempt to receive the PO and get the error.
Examining an INV Debug Log generated during analysis shows error messages similar to the following:
