Receive Error "Online transaction failed" When Attempting To Save RMA Receipt In Mobile Web Apps (MWA, MSCA) (Doc ID 974413.1)

Symptoms

Problem

A Purchase Order (PO) receipt is attempted in Mobile apps (MWA, MSCA). A message states "Transaction Success"
but then receive an "RCV" error or  "Online transaction failed" message is displayed.   A PO
Receipt works fine using the Desktop application. The RCV:Processing Mode profile is set to "Online".

Steps

  1. Create a Purchase Order (PO)
  2. Approve the  PO
  3. Attempt to receive the PO and get the error.

Examining an INV Debug Log generated during analysis shows error messages similar to the following:
