Why Are Charge Lines Not Generated Or Stay in 'In Progress' Status After They are Auto Generated? (Doc ID 974652.1)

Goal

Q1. Why are Auto Generated charge lines staying in 'In Progress' status?

Steps:
a) Enter material debrief lines in Debrief from and click the Apply button.
b) Go to the Service Request Charges tab and click the Auto Generate button, then click Submit
- the charge line status is 'In Progress' and the Type Status of 'New'.

Q2. After changing a Task Assignment status to Completed, charge lines are not created.  Why?

Steps:
a) (R) FS Manager --> Create Service Request and a Task
b) Create a Labor Debrief from the debrief form and change the status to "Working".
c) In the SR -> Task Form, change the status of the Task to "Completed".
d) Click the More button and for the resource listed, change the Assignment Status to "Completed".
e) Click on the Debrief button to open the debrief form, find that the:
Task Assignment Status: Completed
Debrief Status: Unprocessed.
f) The Charge tab does not show the charges.
