The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into OTM
2. Go to Transportation Planning and Execution --> Shipment Management --> Buy Shipments
3. Search for Shipment ID which is a multistop and has remarks.
4. Select Shipment and go to Actions --> Operational Planning --> Change Shipment Route --> Split Shipment
5. Select Split Shipments by Order Release and click ok
6. Select ID and click ok
7. Note the new shipment id
8. View Shipment Note that no remarks exist.
