ReturnURL Is Causing The Page Can Not Display With Punchout

Symptoms
On Release12.0.6 version, Requisition Creation
In iProcurement, user is able to punchout to the site, select items and checkout, but is unable to come back with the cart. Receiving the following error.
ERROR
The current web page is trying to open a site in your trusted sites list. Do you want to allow this. On Clicking Yes the page errors out "Page not found"
STEPS
Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to iProcurement responsibility
2. Select the supplier site.
3. Punchout to supplier site. Add item to the cart and proceed to checkout.
4. Getting the following error "The current web page is trying to open a site in your trusted sites list. Do you want to allow this?"
5. On Clicking Yes the page errors out "Page not found"
