"Restrict Closure Flag" is NULL by default for Tasks created using the Field Service Technician Portal (FSTP). This does not prevent Service Requests from being closed even when underlying tasks are open.

Steps To Reproduce:
(R) FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN PORTAL
(N) Field Service Technician Dashboard
1.Select pencil icon for any task to enter update mode
  2. Select "Create Follow-Up Task"
  3. Save the new task after entering mandatory fields
  4. This task will not have "Restrict Closure" flag checked.
  5. Close SR while leaving this new task open
