Able To Save SR Without Owner (Doc ID 977035.1)

Symptoms

In the Service request form, the user is able to save a SR without an owner defined even though the following profile options are set
Service: Individual Owner Mandatory = yes
Service: Group Owner Mandatory = yes
Service : Make Group or Individual Owner Mandatory = yes
 
 
Steps
--------
1. Login to customer support responsibility
2. select create service request
3. save the SR without adding any value in owner field
