Recipe Details Not Collected When Recipe Specific Step Quantity is 0 (Zero) (Doc ID 977296.1)

Symptoms

Find that under certain circumstances the recipe validity rule is not collected into the Process Effectivity in the ASCP Collection Workbench

STEPS
1. Set up a recipe with a validity rule that includes a route and take the validity rule through to Approved for general use.

Process Engineer / Recipes (GMDRCPED)
Process Engineer / Recipes : Validity Rules button (GMDRVRED)
Process Engineer / Process Routings (GMDROTED)

2. Run a Standard Collection, complete refresh:

Advanced Supply Chain Planner / Advanced Supply Chain Planning / Collections / Oracle Systems / Standard Collection

3. Check the ASCP Collection Workbench for the Process Effectivity:

Advanced Supply Chain Planning/ Advanced Supply Chain Planning/ Collections/ View Collected Data
(select the OPM organization), View By Items, Drill down Plans / Collections/ Category, click on the item, right click/ Bom/Routing/ Process Effectivity

If the profile MRP: Debug Mode is Yes in the source instance the follow message is seen in the Planning Data Pull Worker log file (rel 12.1):

MSCPDPW module: Planning Data Pull Worker

Recipe <id> has ZERO override step qty

validate_routing returned Invalid for Organization_id <id> routing_id <id> rtg_hdr_location <id>fmeff_id <id>
