Symptoms

When attempting to access an Organization Item from the Organization Assignment window of Master Item form or from the Organization Item form itself (INVIDITM), the following error occurs.

ORA-01403: no data found
-or-
FRM-40735:When-new-record-instance trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01403

Steps

  1. Navigate: Inventory > Items > Master Item
  2. Query for an item
  3. View organization assignments: (M) Tools : Organization Assignments
    Notice there are multiple assignments
  4. Select the record for a child organization
  5. Click Org Attributes
  6. Receive the reported error

       Alternatively,

  1. Navigate: Inventory > Items > Organization Items
  2. Query for the item
  3. Receive the reported error
