Category Listing Missing On Store That Has Local Catalog Content (Doc ID 977686.1)

Goal

When clicking on a store that contains Local Catalog content, the user expects to be presented with a Category listing based on the content zone categories setups.

Presently, this is only available when an initial search is performed that triggers a listing of "Related Categories" on right side of  the page.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in and select iProcurement.
2. Click Stores.
3. Click on Store containing Local Catalog.
4. The results page does not show Shopping Categories or any information suggesting what can be found in this Store. No Categories found is listed under Catalog Description.
5. However, after performing search on an item description, Related Links appear. This list depends on Shopping Category/Purchasing Category mapping.
