Goal
A responsibility has been indirectly assigned to a user, i.e. it has been assigned through a role or another responsibility. If one navigates to: Security / User / Define, query the user, and try to assign the same responsibility directly, receive error APP-FND-01929 results (This responsibility has already been assigned to this user. Please enter a different responsibility).
The error message will be raised even when the role through which the responsibility had been assigned has been revoked from the user.
