Service: Unable to Add Product Serial Number to a Service Request on Update (Doc ID 978372.1)

Symptoms


When an SR is created with customer name in open status and then try to add install base trackable serial number, the serial number field is greyed out. Cannot add serial number.

Expected Behaviour

To be able to add serial number after service request creation

Steps to Reproduce
------------------------
Create a SR by adding organization name in open status. Do not put serial number. Once SR is created you can not add serial number.
