Customer Form Issue: Values Added to Lookup ZX_EXEMPTION_REASON_CODE are not Available in Customer Exemption screen (Doc ID 979423.1)

Symptoms

You added reason codes under Lookup type = ZX_EXEMPTION_REASON_CODE. When you attempt to define tax exemptions for a customer you do not find the new values you added to the lookup.

Responsibility: Application Developer
Navigation: Application > Lookups > Application Object Library
Query up the Lookup =
If the Type = ZX_EXEMPTION_REASON_CODE, and add values

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Customers > Customers
Query a customer, navigate to a particular site and click on the Tax Profile button
Under Customer Tax Exemptions sections, attempt to create a new record and notice that the Exemption reasons you created are not available
