Symptoms

On : 12.1.1 version, Inventory Transactions
When attempting to receive an item through miscellaneous receipt, the following error occurs.

FRM-40735:WHEN-VALIDATE-RECORD trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Inventory > Transactions > Miscellaneous Transaction
  2. Type-Miscellaneous Receipt
  3. Transaction Lines > Enter Item, Subinventory, Quantity
  4. Lot/Serial > Generate Lot > Enter Quantity
  5. Done

 

Changes

 Recently installed some patches and not all objects has been  compiled and linked.
