Symptoms
When trying to complete a work order where eSignature is setup the following error occurs
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.apps.edr.framework.EresException: ORA-20002: 3825: Error '-20001 - ORA-20001: APP-FND-01934: ORA-20001: APP-FND-01934: Cannot validate Time zone.
Steps To Reproduce:
1.Maintenance Super User Responsibility -> Complete Work order
