Symptoms
Define a context value in the "OTL Information Type" flexfield
Then in Global OTL Application Developer --> Deposit / Retrieval Process --> define mapping components
In TYPE field, context value defined in the "OTL Information Type" flexfield, does not appear in Type LOV.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to new Context in dff OTL Information Types to be in the Type LOV.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Define a context value in the dff "OTL Information Type" flexfield
2. Global OTL Application Developer --> Deposit / Retrieval Process --> define mapping components
In TYPE field, context value defined in the "OTL Information Type" flexfield, does not appear in Type LOV.
