=== ODM Issue Clarification ===

We are unable to Search by Customer in iReceivables for accounts created in roughly the last year. We were able to pull up these accounts by customer number prior to the OATM upgrade. The problem was first reporting on 10/26.

We have the program: Customer data & text creation scheduled to run on a regular basis. The program completed normally after the upgrade.

Found a customer with no other name matches which is missing in iReceivables - CITY OF MOUNT AIRY POLICE DEPT, Account number 5138183. When trying to search by name in the text field, I received the error message FRM: 41830: List of values contains no entries.
