Symptoms
When attempting to change the hire date, the following error is received:
Cause: The procedure Update_row has created an error at Step 4
Action: Contact your System Administrator quoting the procedure Update_row and Step 4
Steps to Reproduce:

N: People > Enter and Maintain Query the employee
DateTrack to correct hire date change the latest start date to the same date as date tracked to
A message comes up with only one choice...Correction,
Click on Correction.
Receive a message that indicates the original hire date will be updated to be the same as the latest start date
Click "OK"
Then Save
Receive the error
Changes
No known changes have been made.
