Searching Item Instance by Operational Status in Advanced Search does not return any results (Doc ID 984592.1)

Symptoms

Using the 12.0.6 release, when using the Advanced Search window on the Item Instance screen, and adding "Operational Status" as an advanced search criteria, no results are returned.

The expectation is that the system should return some values.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Connect using the responsibility: Asset Tracking Super User
2. Navigation: Assets > Item Instances > Advanced Search

As a result you cannot search and export data with a specific status.
