Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Unable to update the data stored in the site use attribute fields through the Customer Interface (RACUST).

The site_use level 'attribute4' on the customer has a value in it.
A record was created in the ra_customer_interface_all table to UPDATE this value to something different.
All the mandatory interface fields were populated along with the 'orig_address_system_ref', 'site_use_attribute_category' and 'site_use_attribute4' fields.
The Customer Interface [RACUST] was then run.
After it completed without any error codes, the value that was put in the interface table field 'site_use_attribute4' was not updated in the customer's data in the system.

Steps to reproduce:
-Populate all mandatory fields in the 'ra_customers_interface_all' table
-Then populate the 'orig_system_address_ref', all address fields, 'site_use_attribute_category' and all site_use_attribute fields.
-Run the Customer Interface.
