After Closing or Cancelling Work Orders the Reservations Against Open Material Requirements Are not Deleted

Symptoms
On 11i Release:
Closing the EAM Work Order, the reservations for requested materials are not deleted.
MMTT (MTL_MATERIAL_TRANSACTIONS_TEMP table) still have the pending transactions related to the active move orders.
The reservations should be automatic cancelled/deleted.
Step to reproduce:
1. Create WO
2. Add material with auto-allocation
3. Complete and Close WO
4. The materials which were not issued to the WO still have reservations active.
