Ship Unit Totals are not Being Re-Calculated When Adjusting Ship Unit Count

Symptoms
On OTM Version 6.0.3, Find that when changing a transport handling unit count on an existing order release, the total weight and volume does not change immediately until the order is saved.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that the weight and volume change is imminent
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an order release with a THU count and weight and colume value
2. Edit the order and change the THU count. Save the Ship Unit and then see that the Total Weight and Volume fields in the line section does not show the changed value
