Goal

How to get States populated for a given Country in State field in Customers form for new address entry ?

By default States are populated when Country is selected as United States.

But same doesn't work for other countries ?

This document tell steps to get state for India.

Same can be applied to other any other country like United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Pakistan, China, Mexico etc.

Same approach can be used to populated Cities or Province under States.
