Symptoms
When attempting to approve purchase requisitions a document manager error 3 occurs. The following error is generated:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Requisitions > Requisitions
2. Create a requisition and submit it for approval
3. At this moment the document manager error 3 occurs
