After creating and saving details for a new Customer Record, running a search on Customer Name or Account Number does not find the newly created record. However, searching on City, State or Country returns results.
Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Customers > Customers
- Create a new customer Record and Save.
- Run a Search using the Customer Name or Account Number of the customer you just created, then click Go. No match is found.
- Run another Search using the City, State or County fields. Review the results and see that the new customer is in the list returned.
