Symptoms

Perform a search in Find Service Requests form using Request Type and a Serial Number.
The following error occurs:

Error:

APP-JTF-210604: Program error: Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:
jtf_grid.populate package reports error:

An unexpected error occurred in jtf_grid.populate
       grid:
       datasource:

i.e.
        grid: <CS_FIND_GRID.ITEM_GRID>
        datasource: <CS_SR_FIND_SR_NUM_NO_CONT>

Steps:

(R) Customer Support
(N) Service Requests > Find Service Requests

  - Searched SR Type
  - Entered Serial Number
  - Press the Search button
  - The reported error occurs

What is Working:

. If no Serial Number is entered, no error occurs.
. No error occurs if serial number has only numeric characters.
. No error occurs if SN is selected from the LOV.
