Conduct a search in Find Service Requests form using Request Type and a Serial Number.
Error is reported.
When doing a search using request type and serial number the following error occurs:
APP-JTF-210604: Program error: Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:
jtf_grid.populate package reports error:
An unexpected error occurred in jtf_grid.populate
The following information is available:

The error is most likely in the form or the metadata definition.
Please check the following alert for the error code.

- Searched SR Type
- Entered Serial Number (i.e. fc107516)
- Press the Search button
=> Get the errors
What is Working:
. If no Serial Number is entered, no error occurs.
. No error occurs if SN has only numeric characters.
. No error occurs if SN is selected from the LOV.
