When running a search using Account Number, the expected results are not returned. However, running a search on the Party Number associated to the Account number returns results, and shows that the Account number does in fact exist.
Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Customers > Customers
- Enter filtering criteria in Account Number, and click on Go. No results displayed .
- Enter filtering criteria on Party Number, and click Go. Review results and see that the Account Number you searched on earlier is part of the match results displayed.
This is happening for merged customers.
